What DRG Market Lab is

DRG Market Lab is a software tool by DRG Capital to view charts, send orders and review your trades on futures accounts through Rithmic. It is not a broker or a prop firm, it does not hold money and it does not trade on its own.

Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide at sign-up and for keeping your password secret. One account is for one person. We may approve, pause or close accounts, for example if they are misused or used against these terms.

Your Rithmic connection and your firm

To trade you need your own Rithmic login from your prop firm or broker. You decide which orders you send. Following your firm's rules (allowed platforms, loss limits, hours, consistency rules) is your responsibility.

No advice

Nothing on the platform (indicators, levels, analysis, AI content or alerts) is an investment recommendation. They are support tools; decisions are yours.

Availability

We work to keep the platform running, but there can be outages, delays or errors in software, the internet, Rithmic or your firm. Always keep another way to manage or close your positions.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DRG Capital is not liable for trading losses, decisions made with the platform or failures of third-party services.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll let you know in the platform or by email.
